Steven H. says:I like how slow shutter speed is used in this photo. Taking the photo at night really helped bring out the highlights in the car lights and made them "defy" the shadows in the setting.
Steven H. says:Aye, the highlights in this photo definitely overpowered the shadows! The almost unidentifiable sky and contours give the photo abstract qualities.
Steven H. says:I like the angle and use of multiple exposures in this photo. The subject being somewhat upside-down brings attention to its barely visible details. ...But hey, that's a Vanessa!
Steven H. says:The use of slow shutter speed in this photo is quite interesting indeed. Was the camera rotated during capturing? What was the intention and central focus of this photo? The shadows won't answer my questions...
Steven H. says:I like the focus and framing in this photo. It makes me feel like I've just turned from my seat, only to find out that I'm alone. Abstract... or realism, much?
Steven H. says:Holy cheese balls. The reflection in the water makes it look like there is use of more than one exposure. To add to that, there is a nice, placid gradation of tones of my favorite color in the sky. If I hadn't known better, I'd have fallen right through the landscape.
Steven H. says:I like the angle and focus on the top end of the pencil. Was a focus ring used? Work has never been so distant.
Ha ha, when's the last time I used a wooden pencil?
Steven H. says:I like how the multiple exposures are ordered, making the photo almost seem pictorial-like. I also like how the subject is the leaf in the hand while everything else in the background is so out of focus.
