My main passion in my really big hobby of my life (Planespotting) - planes of the Aegean airlines.
Aegean Airlines S.A. (Greek: Αεροπορία Αιγαίου) is the largest Greek airline. Its main hubs are Athens International Airport (Next - LGAV) in Athens, Thessaloniki International Airport (Next - LGTS) in Thessaloniki, Larnaca International Airport (Next - LCLK) in Cyprus and Heraklion International Airport “Nikos Kazantzakis” (Next - LGIR) in Crete. First flight was at 30.05.1999 by route from LGAV to LGTS.
Fleet of the Aegean airlines:
Airbus A319 - 1 plane;
Airbus A320 - 35 planes;
Airbus A321 - 8 planes.
In the 2015 year Aegean airlines has got 3 new planes with very beautiful blue Sharklets (Sharklet it is specialized winglet on the Airbus A320) :
1. SX-DGY - Date of delivery - 16.06.2015;
2. SX-DGZ - Date of delivery - 26.06.2015;
3. SX-DNA - Date of delivery - 30.06.2015.
"Why Aegean airlines?" ... a lot of secret reasons and you can don`t wait from me clear answer. But no doubt that planes of the Aegean airlines has got very rich charism and when them planes at the airport a lot of special aura in the air.
