She was not surprised she saw it coming she was prepared for it. Her heart was a void for what it seemed like an eon. As the beats grew weaker and faint. Slowly thumping in her chest till their was no more. Nothing but silence rustled in the air.Utter darkness lurked around. Seconds would tick by. The death was painless.
Their was a flicker then a spark. That spark exploded rushing through her veins. Turning what was once her flesh into nothing more then ashes. The fire grew stronger and stronger. Her soul grew stronger. She would break out of the petrified ash reaching for the sky. She was reborn. You need to die for the phoenix to rise.
