cactus in bloom
This is growing in downtown Santa Barbara,ca.I don't know name of cactus,but it seems to bloom once per year with all these flowers.Actually this was 2nd day open.Notice a few are closed already.They only last a couple of days.Puts on quite a show once a year.The flowers are large.Probably about 7 inches across.I will take a close-up next year with my hand to see how large.
