Wrappers

For dinner tonight, we're having Wonton Soup. Most people buy wrappers at the store. Not me. It's so easy to make by hand and so cheap, why not make them at home! 2 Cups of AP flour, an egg, 3/4 tsp. of salt and about 1/2 cup of water. Mix it up, knead it for a while and roll it out. Cut into 3 1/2" squares for wontons and 7" squares for egg rolls and you're done. Instead of using flour to keep them from sticking, just like the Chinese do, I use corn starch. I also use my pasta machine to roll it out, but I've used the regular rolling pin in the past with great results also..
