I find this workout page both nostalgic, fun and endearing. It's page 27 as you can see, in the February issue of the Sindy Magazine from 1987.
Her outfit and hair screams the 80s and so does the workout program. She would never pass todays fitness standard, but I must say, I like this better.
Alright! I hope you all feel duly encouraged now and squeezed yourselves into those tights, girl! And boy! (They weren't very gender neutral back then.)
