It's always fun to see a back-to-back comparison.

 

Sindy changed a lot between these two years.

Green-86: Look at them over there. What are they, Hasbro?

 

Green-85: Yes, the Barbieish ones over there are Hasbro Sindy. Funny, I thought You were a Hasbro.

 

Green-86: Gasp! Am not! ... Sort of not anyway. I was designed by Pedigree but ultimately produced by Hasbro.

 

Green-85: Well that's what counts. You are a Pedigree then.

Red-86: What? Uh, yes.

 

Red-85: It feels good to be a Pedigree Sindy right.

 

Red-86: I adore you!! Can I touch your hair?

They are right in both accounts. Pedigree designed and launched the new face 1986 Sindy, but sold the rights to Hasbro later that year.

 

Speaking of, Hasbro Sindy is indeed waiting for their turn in front of the camera, over there.
