Willow Warbler

Bracken really starts to appear on the moorland landscape again at this time of year and can make a lovely perch. I saw this Willow Warbler flitting about so just sat patiently hoping it would land on one of the nearby bracken fronds before the setting sun disappeared behind the Pennines. Lucky for me it put in a brief appearance about 15 minutes later .... just in time!

Taken in the Peak District, West Yorkshire.
