Recebi hoje esse presente "real" , sapotis! Que frutas deliciosas! Foram colhidas por um vizinho e grande amigo na sua cidade natal, Lagoa dos Gatos, aqui em Pernambuco.
'O sapoti é uma fruta tropical doce e suculenta, nativa da América Central, mas muito cultivada no Brasil (especialmente Norte/Nordeste), com polpa que lembra caramelo e textura macia/granulada, rica em fibras, vitaminas (A, C, B) e minerais (cálcio, ferro, potássio), oferecendo benefícios como regulação intestinal, melhora da imunidade e saúde cardiovascular, sendo consumida in natura ou em sucos e doces, e sua árvore foi historicamente usada para fazer chiclete."
