10th Hole, Mammoth Dunes
A surreal moment on the 10th hole of Mammoth Dunes at Sand Valley Golf Resort in Wisconsin. It had been raining most of the day when I noticed a clearing on the horizon about an hour before sunset. I quickly loaded my gear into the golf cart and drove quite a way through the rain out to the 10th. There was only momentary clearing but it was enough time for me to capture this image of the newly opened course designed by noted golf course architect David McLay Kidd.
