A winter storm passing through the desert made for some great cloud formations and light. Although a bit windy I was able to capture some really nice images. This one taken of the approach over the bunkers to the 9th hole at The Palms Golf Club in La Quinta, California, with the mountains in the background. One tough par 4 into the wind. I love the late afternoon light at The Palms, it's magical. However, on this afternoon it was particularly spectacular
