85% Cabernet Sauvignon/ 10% Cabernet Frank/ 3% Merlot/ 2% Petit Verdot

 

This classically-structured blend displays dark black fruit aromas and a hint of toast. Flavors of cassis, coffee and blackcurrant are balanced with firm tannins that culminate in a long finish. Aged for 17 months in French oak, this wine pairs perfectly with filet mignon and will age well for 10-15 years.
