Taken during the visit to Exeter by all members of the Libraries taskforce.
The library is in a 1960s building which has been completely refurbished. The reception is now a very open space, forming a bridge between shopping streets and a park. It contains a cafe and comfortable chairs and was buzzing with people while we visited.
