Windlight Skies and Water -- I had trouble with this one so took a lot of different shots of different windlights. Too many to label. I ended up layering them especially the water since the night time water was too black so had to layer the water from day on top to give it some texture.
Photoshop: layered different shots of windlights. Added a cyan layer with a 40% opacity to give it a moonlight coldness.
