Vivarail 230 002. Bo'ness Station, Bo'ness & Kinneil Railway
Vivarail is currently developing former London Underground D78 stock into mainline stock as part of their D-Train concept.
230 002 is currently the test bed for propulsion by Battery power as a BEMU. For 3 days in October 2018 this unit has been undertaking testing on the Bo'ness & Kinneil Railway and members of the public were invited to travel free of charge on the test train and on the 11th October I travelled on an unadvertised 1400 round trip from Bo'ness to Manuel.
