comparison shot. Four parts recolored from transparent clear with turmeric, the rest is all original lego trans-yellow.

 

Some parts seem to take the dye better than others. The big flat pancakey thing is a bit on the pale side. Still within Lego's own trans-yellow range though. the six-wide windshield at the top came out perfect, even if the photo doesn't quite show it.
