Here are my shoes

I will walk barefoot and sure

I will lay footprints for you to follow through an open door

 

Here is my heart

Here is my soul

Here am I

take whatever you need most

I am here for you

I will help you through

 

Angels surround me

comfort me and dry my tears

warm me when the nights are cold

give me wings; let me unfold

let me conquer all my fears

Here I am … simply being … me

 

Take me in your arms

give me the courage to brave the storms

hold me; warm me; touch me with light

the precious light that all life brings

radiates throughout the world

and all of Heaven sings

and softly as my wings unfold

I am lost within this moment

forever young

and the only thing about me ever old

is my immortal soul
