Having door problems

Here is Arriva Buses Wales Optare Solo CX58 ETY 671 while its on the 44A heading back to Bangor as this is having problems while the doors won't open as the driver pushes the button for the doors, maby it got jamed, suddenly another driver comes and comes in through the fire exit door then opens the doors on the inside which it works and he comes out closes the doors then pushed the outside button then it opens and it's ready to head out while 671 is operating passangers on the route 78 to Maesgeichen.
