Bokeh lights 1

Made this for the #SSSflickrchallenge#26 - play with pastels

I've used the paper quilling technique to make the flowers on the card. For the background, I used festive berries distress ink along with the "bokeh lights stencil" from Simon says stamp. sssflickrchallenge#26
