El recinto amurallado se conserva casi completo en su trazado aunque muchos de sus lienzos han sido transformados para construir viviendas u otros edificios. Una reciente restauración ha devuelto a todo el cerco su antiguo aspecto. Son muy importantes los portales que perduran en un número considerable.
La muralla está construida en mampostería con sillares reforzando algunas de las esquinas y también en sillarejo. Se han conservado algunas torres aunque rebajadas en altura como en el denominado Bastión y aspilleras y ventanas en diversos lugares.
The walled enclosure is conserved almost complete in its layout although many of its canvases have been transformed to build houses or other buildings. A recent restoration has restored the entire fence to its former appearance. The portals that persist in a considerable number are very important.
The wall is built in masonry with ashlars reinforcing some of the corners and also in ashlar. Some towers have been preserved although lowered in height as in the so-called Bastion and loopholes and windows in various places.

Una recent restauració ha retornat a tot el cèrcol seu antic aspecte. Són molt importants els portals que perduren en un nombre considerable.
