MWS-106RF-2 Stag-beetle

The MWS-106RF-2 Stag-beetle is a modified version of the Taurus. To cut down production costs the UEF decided to use up parts of existing units. One of these new units is the Stag-beetle. It uses only the torso of the Taurus, but entirly new head, arms and legs. The head is a new design, with heavier armor. The legs are the improved version of the Lupus legs, with higher loading capacity and armor. The arms have better accuracy, and the right shoulder also contains a missle launcher. For close range combat it has a shotgun, for medium range, a highly destructive bazooka and an 8-tube small missle launcher. Compared to the Taurus the agility and speed have been greatly increased but the unit is still slower than most MWS units, due to the heavy weapons and armor.
