After the storm

After Storm Alex and dreadful weather over the weekend it was a pleasant surprise that today turned out so nice. Ralph took me for a walk along the Leas - he likes to run free on the recreation ground but I'm not in the mood to give him a bath today - with all the rain we had it must be very muddy. No doubt this couple are contemplating what the future holds just now. Or they may just be enjoying the view; you can just about see France on the horizon.
