This is a silverback Western lowland gorilla in Port Lympne 'Hotel & Reserve'. This place was acquired by millionaire, gambler and controversial zoo owner John Aspinal to house his growing collection of animals, especially gorillas and tigers. Following his death his son has turned it into some kind of hotel animal theme park where for a four figure sum you can spend a weekend in a cabin with a picture window being all that is between you and the tigers. Well you could if it were open.
