Weather is a third to place and time [2]
Being the May Holiday Monday I thought that I might spend some time down on the harbour arm and take a photo to contrast with the previous one added to the Seafront Regeneration Album. But of course it is an English bank holiday so the weather was dreadful and I think the arm was closed for safety reasons. Anyone out there could have been either washed or blown overboard into the sea. So this is a photo taken in August last year.
