Why We Fight!

A couple of weeks ago the local children had their half term holiday and I was looking after my friends dog Shela, so we went down to the area affected by the proposed lead laws. They have a play area there for swings etc and we walked past. The kids faces lit up at the sight of the dogs, with shouts of "Doggies" and "Indy". Now Indy isn't a cuddles dog unless he's known you for a long while but Shela is. All the kids wanted to hug Shela, lovely sight to see. I want to keep that.

We want what the council want, a clean and safe environment. Their restrictive proposals will only lead to unsocialised dogs who will become aggressive out of frustration. Segregating us from the community will not achieve anything.

UPDATE- The closing date for representations is the original date of this Thursday March the 10th not the 1st of April as was reported. Seems theres a lot of misinformation out there
