Unfortunately there are some children in school who are not able to read properly. Due to the lack of financial support from the government in Thailand, public schools are struggling hiring teachers who don't have proper certificates and are qualified.The children who have problems with reading and writing are left behind. Liou is in the 4th grade, hopefully he can read properly one day.
His parents are not able to help him with his homework’s after school, because his mother is an alcoholic and Liou’s father works all day long.
