Finally got around to making the Mini Human in 1:10 & 1:12 scale. 1:12 scale definitely seems to be more "suitable".
That 3cm of difference really adds up it seems.
1:12 is wearing the original proto uniform colours and lacks a collar. 1:10 is the new gear and the addition of some collars on the neck, feet & legs really dos help make it a Uniform. The dark colour help while the feet look a bit weird but that means more work of shoes/boots.
