Blender3d 2.62 screen all blurred - why 04-05-215

Started up modding after a long time 2-3 years and have no idea why blender 3d is so fn blurred when in use. Blur focus moves depending on active area so not a clue whats up but its really annoying.

 

FIXED:

Antialias/supersampling seems to annoy blender UI so turn it off.
