When you have a craving for a milkshake, you don't have to use sugary dairy products. Instead, try this great recipe!

Add ‪Pines Wheat Grass‬, ‪‎Mighty Greens‬ or ‪‎Green Duo‬ to any smoothie or juice to promote healthy ‪probiotic‬ bacteria with additional chlorophyll and essential vegetable fiber.

I needed this thick milkshake to stave off hunger this morning after BodyCombat.

 

2 cups cashew milk

2 scoops vegan vanilla protein

1/2 cup frozen cherries

1/2 cup frozen mango

1-1/4 tsp Pines Organic Wheatgrass powder from @wheatgrass_people

Blend all ingredients at high speed.

 

This should keep me satisfied for a few hours!
