Cupseni: Biserica de lemn Sf.Arhangheli
The Cupşeni village in Maramureş has one of the smallest wooden churches in the country. The little place of worship has an impressive history. Built in Peteritea at the beginning of the 17th century, the church was moved to Cupseni in 1848 to serve there a Greek Catholic priest. She has now returned to Orthodox worship.
