Could Be Tricky ID

with an incomplete developed bill structure , drab eye colour and not much rusty brown colouration showing..... this Juvenile could cause some head scratchings .... if not for obvious context (as in this case)

One could easily think they are dealing with some far fetched or tricky Catharus ID
