Sull'Arète de Rochefort (Monte Bianco)
Questa foto della Cresta di Rochefort, magnifica cavalcata alpina che collega, sul filo dei "quattromila", il Dente del Gigante alle Grandes Jorasses nel gruppo del Monte Bianco, è stata scattata tanti anni fa (quaranta? cinquanta?) dalla guida alpina Fausto Lorenzi. Mettendo ordine tra le mie carte dopo un trasloco, ne ho trovato una copia cartacea (che era stata utilizzata come depliant pubblicitario da una ditta di materiale da escursionismo). L'ho recuperata con lo scanner e ripulita, per come ne sono stato capace, con Photoshop.
This photo of the Rochefort Ridge, a magnificent alpine ride that connects, on the edge of the "four thousand", the Dente del Gigante to the Grandes Jorasses in the Mont Blanc range, was taken many years ago (forty? fifty?) by the mountain guide Fausto Lorenzi . Sorting through my papers after a house move, I found a paper copy of this photo (which had been used as an advertising brochure by a hiking gear company). I recovered it with the scanner and cleaned up, as far as I was able, with Photoshop.
