Pop Culture strikes again

Here is a clear example of Hong Kong culture clashing with Western influences. The medium is traditional Hong Kong; neon lighting; but the use of pun is obviously drawn from the western pop culture, Sin City. It also tries to appeal to both the English and Chinese reading consumers by being multilingual.
