YORKTOWN, Va. (Sept. 11, 2015) The guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64) prepares to transit through the George P. Coleman Memorial Bridge. Carney is the fourth Arleigh Burke-class destroyer to be forward deployed to Rota, Spain to serve as part of the president's European phased adaptive approach to ballistic missile defense in Europe.
