Spotted Lake near Osoyoos, in the summer. As the water in the lake evaporates in dessert like conditions it leaves behind these spots full of minerals, such as calcium, sodium sulphates and magnesium sulphates. The spots shift in size and shape and colour with further evaporation.
Unfortunately it was a rather dull day when we visited here.
