Origin:

Kitty and Dexter are both metahumans who’s shapeshifting abilities have brought them the unwanted attention of T.O.X.I.N. who currently have Kitty in “their care”. Her brother Dexter is often sent out on missions for the organisation in order to keep his sister in favour of the staff. This is to make sure she is treated with care and well looked after. After every successful mission he is rewarded by getting to see his younger sister and is provided with food and shelter. He is convinced that T.O.X.I.N. will let his sister go once their work is finished and he and his crimes for the organisation will be a thing of the past, but he is greatly mistaken as their true intentions are never as chivalrous.
