Alter Ego: Attrition
Name: Nathan Ares
Allegiance: Hero
Powers:
* Super Strength, durability, stamina, reflexes and senses
* Enhanced healing factor and ability
* Silent footsteps and sound dampening to silence the sounds of his suits fabric
* "Power Growl" amps up his already super abilities and restores his health at the cost of him turning feral and being left exhausted after the effects have worn off.
Weapons:
* Retractable claws
Key Weakness: He attacks primarily on the offensive side so when being attacked he tends to just power though but is weakened from it even with his durability stats.
Origin:
Nathan is a ferocious warrior who was said to fight with the ferocity and grace of a panther, with this in mind he based his customised suit off one. He is one of few heroes in Avalon City to be a blessed with enhanced size and such a deadly set of combatant powers. Even if he was not a skilled fighter he would manage to give those with specialised training a run for their money. From a young age Nathan was subjected to domestic violence which gave him some serious anger issues. By the time his powers developed his abuser was caught by the hero known as "Vega" who noticed Nathan receiving a beating through her thermal lenses when on a recon mission. It was a fortunate coincidence she happened to discover this and acted on her instinct to save Nathan from his circumstances. She helped him find safety at A.N.G.E.L. and despite being a bodyguard for the leader of the hero organisation she managed to visit him weekly and provide comfort, the two even became friends. So when Nathan came to her after the discovery of his powers she helped him cope and use them to the best of his ability, moulding him into the hero he'd wanted to be since meeting her. Due to Vega being one of the worlds best combat fighters she personally trained Nathan to almost evenly match her in hand to hand combat by designing a unique style of fighting to compliment his size and powers, making him a worthy advisory. Because of this he is quite the badass and is always pressuring and weakening villainy to a point of defeat when in the battlefield, hence his name, Attrition.
