* Can smell Meta blood from miles away as well as determine their powers even if it's not exposed blood.

Key Weakness: His powers become severely weakened when he has not submerged in water for longer than a few hours.

 

Origin:

Finn was a marine biologist who studied many endangered shark species', with his abilities he was able to communicate and live with the sea creatures. For years he never resurfaced the water, leaving his life behind and living with the creatures who became his family and the ocean his home. Finn discovered that his home was suffering from other humans who threatened the environment and their way of life. It was from then on he used his abilities to get back at mankind for destroying his home. He used to attack those who attended the beach, fish and those near the sea, thus getting the name "Sharkattack". But now he's upped his game and dawned a new shark-themed suit to terrorise the surface dwellers and attempts to submerge the land into the ocean so his brethren can make a new home, despite killing the millions of civilians who live in Atlas City.
