Alter Ego: Turret Terror

Weapons:

* Energised power armour with thick metal plating

* Back mounted laser turret

Key Weakness: His suit is resistant to EMP's but he is temporarily paralysed in his armour for a couple minutes if one is activated.

 

Origin:

Sebastian was a weapons specialist for A.N.G.E.L. until they discovered he was selling off blue prints and equipment to their arch nemesis T.O.X.I.N., this of course would have been a death sentence for him so before they could apprehend him he fled and went to T.O.X.I.N. for help. However they pushed him away so they wouldn't take the heat from A.N.G.E.L. in case they followed him so he was forced to seek refuge elsewhere, he was taken in by the "Bear Brothers" in Polar Coast who used his knowledge of weaponry as an asset and equipped him with this suit to withstand the highly cold temperatures in which the brothers live in.
