Powers:

* Thick bark skin

* Can morph forms of bark weaponry as well as use his roots to ensnare opponents.

* Create his own food at a rapid rate via growing apples. These apples are poisonous to anyone else.

* Increase his height and branch out with other appendages made from bark

* Rapid regeneration of bark and shrubbery

* Immunity to pain and human diseases

* Manipulation over forms of flora

* He has a unique ability of "Relive" which allows him to deteriorate into mulch then coming back to life somewhere else nearby in the matter of days, fully grown.

Key Weakness:

* Although he may have regenerative abilities of his bark skin if he is set alight it will do extensive damage.

 

Origin:

Born with a rare meta condition Oliver was outcasted form society and slowly turned to a life of crime. The worse his powers became over time the stronger he got and the more hatred he felt towards those that shunned him, he took up arms against his village and went on a murderous rampage with his trusty axe until he was put down by a group of heroes. He was taken and imprisoned in Avalon City for his crimes but would later manage to escape through his "Relive" ability and spring free. Later he would develop an easier way to make a profit from his abilities, kill the robbers and take the loot instead because why get your hands dirty when you don't need to?
