OC Bingers Saturday!

Alter Ego: Mr. Twister

Name: Scott Isaac

Allegiance: Villain

Powers: None

Weapons:

* High tech suit with two high powered "fans" that generate small scale energised twisters. The suit repels the energy the twisters are composed of and can be controlled via motion of the hand, they can also be turned on and off with a click of a button inside the robotic glove they are fixed to.

Key Weakness: The resistance of his suit when generating the tornados puts extreme amounts of pressure on his arms despite his suit so he can only have them activated for up to half an hour before he undergoes crippling intense pain.

Origin:

Scott was once a weatherman for the local "AC News" and was highly popular amongst the public which trusted and relied on him to deliver the weather messages. However one day after reporting the weather forecast being "a hot sunny day" a dreadful twister struck the city during the night leaving hundreds injured, despite heroic attempts some fatalities also took place. Scott knew this was out of the ordinary but with "resigning" from his job and losing all credibility with the public that once trusted him he had nobody to turn to for help. He then decided that he would do some investigating of his own into the events that took place that night which led him to uncover a prototype suit that was being used by various criminals for pulling off heists by causing twisters to occur and looting during the chaos. This made Scott disgusted and he stole the suit, barely escaping with his life in the process. Scott realised if he showed the citizens of Avalon City the suit then he could get his job back and have the faith of the public once again, but he came across quite delusional and the public ridiculed him. This was enough to send Scott over the edge and that it did, in a moment of rage he used the suit to wreak havoc on the public he once pandered to and became the infamous villain, Mr. Twister.
