Alter Ego: Old Timer
Name: Paul Stancil
Allegiance: Villain
Powers:
* Can absorb the youth of other people making himself younger although this is only temporary.
* He can make people age rapidly as he's doing this but they recover after an hour or so.
Weapons: None
Key Weakness: He must touch exposed skin so if his victim is covered up then he won't be able to use his powers on them and will remain and old man.
Origin:
Paul is a 86 year old meta who can take the appearance of a 18 year old by using his abilities, he hates being old and always seeks out victims to make himself young again. His victims suffer for about an hour as an elder then return back to their original state as well as Paul, he used his powers on The Flash making him extremely old and even slowimg down the Speedforce but he recovered after a while and then defeated the meta geezer.
