Varien grabbed a shuura from the market stand, and tossed it to the owner.
“Normally these are quite expensive, Panteer! But, your father has done great work for our cause. Take it, and give my gratitude to your father.”
“Thank you!” Varien replied, and took a bite out of the fruit. He turned to head home as the rain picked up.
The Panteer family had be known across the galaxy in the days of the Old Republic, reigning as the royal family of Alderaan. During an argument between the family, Varien’s ancestral branch of the family was forced into exile on the planet Commenor. While the main branch of the family went extinct following the Cold War, Varien’s ancestors managed to survive. When the Clone Wars came to fruition, the planet stayed neutral, but the Panteers secretly allied themselves with the Confederacy, in hopes of one day returning to Alderaan to claim their long-forgotten birthright.
When he got closer to his home, he could hear shouting. He got even closer, and heard blaster fire, and a lightsaber activate. He turned the corner, and saw a Jedi impale his father with a lightsaber. His body fell to the ground as he grabbed at his fresh wound. Varien sprinted up to him, falling to his knees in the rain. He pulled his dying father into his arms, cradling him one last time.
“Father! It’s okay, I’m here!”
“I’m sorry, my son. Never forget who you truly are…”
The Jedi approached Varien, and placed his hand on his shoulder. He started to walk off, followed by his Clone detachment.
“He was an enemy of the Republic, boy. You and your people had best remember that.”
Varien looked up at him, with tears in his eyes.
“What’s your name, Jedi?”
The Jedi ignored him, and continued towards his ship. Varien picked up the body of his father, and stumbled back towards the town. Someone there would be able to help him. The people would want to get their revenge, too. He knew they did.

Finally done High School, so now I'll have Time to do plenty of building and writing. I decided to kick things off with a new Star Wars series!
So, probably not my best build, but I am super proud of how my edit turned out.
