This is the view from our hotel window on our last day in Cologne when we visited just before christmas, as the sunrises over Germany's answer to Ikea...The Design post.
As we arrived in Cologne there was a magnificent sunset and as we left a glorious sunrise, but whilst we were there it was overcast, grey and sub-zero temperatures...generally speaking crap for photography, think this is 1 of 3 decent shots i got the whole time we were there!!
