Why is this your favorite photo?

This is my favorite photo because it shows how I have grown as a photographer from the beginning of the year until now. The fine detail on the chains and the use of shallow depth of field against the cars going by show what I have learned from this class and how I can now apply it to pictures now.

 

What are your most significant areas of artistic growth as a photographer?

As said before, I am now able to use what I have learned from this class to now take better pictures and more accurate shots. I know what most of the buttons and dials mean on the camera, which helps me now take better shots. Using photoshop and Lightroom also help a lot in getting the picture right when I make mistakes taking the original picture.

 

What artistic struggles did you learn from?

Trying to find the right angle and the exact speed or aperture setting to use for a specific setting was hard at first. But, now I am able to find out what settings to use and how much I should apply each of them to the picture, which is a big help to get the best shot.

 

What are your future goals as a photographer?

My future goal as a photographer is to be able to take pictures even better than now and to be able to use photoshop and Lightroom more.
