MHM - Militärhistorisches Museum der Bundeswehr, Dresden.
A highly impressive museum regarding military issues in very differnt aspects. (like exhibitions: fashion and war or toys and war)
Architect Daniel Liebeskind design concept cut the historic building in half (outside and inside !!!) A giant blade points into the directing were the fire bombing on Dresden started during WWII. Like the city by this bombing raid the building is cut.
the blade shaped part of the building consists of different material than the rest of the Museum. Wherever you are inside you can realise you are in the "blade".

It is located in a former military arsenal in the Albertstadt which is part of Dresden.
