Lo que vemos es una hembra joven de Sympecma fusca y el título viene por que es el único Odonato que pasa el invierno como adulto en Europa. Emergen en verano o a finales del mismo, cuando llegue el frío buscará refugiarse en la vegetación próxima al agua, entrará en un letargo y con los primeros calorcillos de febrero, según zonas, se reactivará. Los machos buscarán a las hembras para reproducirse, harán la puesta en tándem y una vez eclosione el huevo el período larvario durará entre 8 y diez semanas que volverá a emerger la nueva generación.

What we see is a young female of Sympecma fusca and the title comes from the fact that it is the only Odonata that spends the winter as an adult in Europe. They emerge in summer or at the end of it, when the cold arrives they will seek refuge in the vegetation near the water, they will enter a lethargy and with the first heat of February, depending on the area, they will reactivate. The males will look for the females to reproduce, they will spawn in tandem and once the egg hatches, the larval period will last between 8 and ten weeks, before the new generation will emerge again.
