Trithemis annulata. Male
Por los tonos de rojo a violáceo del macho adulto de Trithemis annulata lo podemos identificar. En esta edad no tendremos confusión con la hembra por los colores tan evidentes, la mancha oscura de las alas no nos deja ver la genitalia secundaria pero sí vemos los apéndices anales que nos ayudan a identificarlo como macho.

In this age we will not have confusion with the female because of the obvious colors, the dark spot of the wings does not let us see the secondary genitalia but we do see the anal appendages that help us identify him as a male.
