Es fácil confundir a los machos de Orthetrum coerulescens con O, brunneum.
Tengo en cuenta varias cosas, el azul del abdomen del coerulescens es más grisáceo.
La cara (morrete) del coerulescens, es oscura y la de brunneum, blanquecina.
Y por la zona donde yo los veo, brunneum tiende a posarse en el suelo y coerulescens en la vegetación.

It is easy to confuse the males of Orthetrum coerulescens with O, brunneum.
I consider several things, the blue of the abdomen of the coerulescens is more grayish.
The face (morrete) of the coerulescens, is dark and that of brunneum, whitish.
And for the area where I see them, brunneum tends to perch on the ground and coerulescens in the vegetation.
