Springhill, cemetery

Hiram Fife (37) was killed in the Springhill mine explosion of 1891 one of the 125 men and boys killed. The grave stone next to his has his first wife aged 18.

He remarried in 1883 to Susan Cockran and had two children.

Susan remarried in 1893 to Amos Brown
